About the position

Starting Wage range: $13 – 15/hour depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- General cashier duties and stocking shelves
- Ensure great customer service is delivered to all customers
- Assist Store Manager in daily operations
- Count, monitor and maintain inventories
- Ensure the smooth operation of the store when the manager is away
- Beer store duties which include placing beer order, handling permits, inventories, etc.
Shifts are primarily days, with an average week consisting of (1) Open shift + (4) Day shifts, with the exception of mirroring shifts of new staff members during their training.
Candidate must be:
- Available during the day
- At least 18 years old
- Physically able to easily lift 25-30 pounds
Full training is provided; previous experience in a retail customer service setting is preferred.

The Russell Inn Hotel & Conference Centre is a year-round, first class facility that has been providing a wide range of hospitality services to our local community, as well as thousands of travelers, skiers, and conference guests for over 45 years. Our hotel has 122 rooms between three properties, indoor pool, waterslide and hot tub, conference centre, restaurant, Pizza Hut Express, Subway Sandwich store, Tim Hortons, Pub, convenience store, Esso gas bar and beer store all on site. We employ approximately 130 staff. We are also the founder and majority owner of Asessippi Ski Area & Resort.
